In-classroom Experiment at IMD Business School

Recently Reward Value, together with SEO Amsterdam Economics, conducted an in-classroom experiment at IMD Business School in which we aim to highlight behavioral dynamics surrounding strategic decision making. In the experiment we also focused on observing behavioral change in order to assess how more long-term or ESG-focused compensation packages direct executives to achieve more long-term or ESG-oriented outcomes.
